Data Control - Data Privacy
You have the option to enhance user privacy by enabling the following options under Both Global Data Control and Mileage Data Control
Global Data Drivacy
Hide Personal Data Entries will not show trips or expenses that are in the Personal Category; users can change the trips to make them visible to admins.
Hide Unsubmitted Trips (this requires approval management) will not show a trip that is not in a submitted or approved status.
Mileage Specific Data Privacy
Hide Vehicle Speed will not show the vehicle speed on the GPS waypoints
PII/PHI Data Encryption
Enabling the PII and PHI Data Encryption available on Enterprise Accounts applies to the Trips information
Enable this option under Manage > Policies & Settings > Mileage > Data Controls > PII/PHI Data Encryption
